Sometimes being in a large, busy gym can be overwhelming with noise and people , embarrassing for a client, feeling they are being watched and judged and also quick changes to your programme have to be made as gym equipment is in use.
With my training sessions we will have sole access to my facilities which includes a Water Rower, Ski Erg, Jump Box, Squat Rack with Olympic weigh plates, Cable machine and plenty of other pieces.
We use an easy interactive app that we can programme workouts based on your needs, schedule and available equipment for a weekly cost. No set up fees or cancellation fees just a simple package that includes your consultation, workouts and weekly check ins to support your nutrition and ensure your needs are met each week with the workouts.
You can have personal training sessions in small groups to bring down the cost, mix Personal training with Group Fitness classes and also gain Nutritional support through your programme.
I currently provide two Boxercise circuits classes for 4 participants on a Thursday. These work on cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning and boxing technique. These are booked in 6 week blocks
